Training. Development. Growth. Our approach is simple: Put the best possible people in place and give them the tools they need to meet the highest standards. Personally and professionally. For newly hired managers, we provide a 12-week development program to prepare you for success by teaching you the fundamentals of every facet of restaurant management, including:

  • Financial management
  • Food preparation
  • Employee supervision
  • Disciplined operating procedures
  • General administrative responsibilities

The goal is to equip our managers with the foundation of knowledge and operational efficiency that results in both individual and corporate success. In short, we teach you how to run a successful business.

The support doesn't stop after initial training is over, however. You'll receive continual support and guidance from some of the industry's most experienced professionals - our Area Directors - who pass along their expertise to help you grow your business and your career. In addition to regular General Manager conferences where our managers share best practices and stay abreast of current issues that affect their respective restaurants, we hold quarterly workshops on various topics ranging from improving profitability to building a motivated team.
